An administrator who advertises or administers coverage in this State which is: 1. Of a kind described in NRS 685B.120; and 2. Provided by a person described in NRS 685B.140, shall inform each agent, broker or other person who advertises, procures, renews, continues, sells or negotiates or solicits the sale of such coverage of the elements of the coverage, including the amount of excess insurance or reinsurance in effect.
