1. Disclosure of nonpublic personal information in a manner contrary to the provisions of subchapter 1 of Title V of Public Law 106-102, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6801-6809 is an unfair act or practice in the business of insurance within the meaning of this chapter. 2. As used in this section, 'nonpublic personal information' has the meaning ascribed to it in 15 U.S.C. § 6809(4). 3. The Commissioner shall adopt regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this section. (Added to NRS by 2001, 2214)
