1. The provisions of NRS 683A.341, 683A.451, 683A.461 and 686A.010 to 686A.310, inclusive, apply to companies. 2. For the purposes of subsection 1, unless the context requires that a section apply only to insurers, any reference in those sections to 'insurer' must be replaced by a reference to 'company.'
