Statute 686c 090

'Impaired insurer' means a member insurer which is not an insolvent insurer and is placed under an order of rehabilitation or conservation by a court of competent jurisdiction. (Added to NRS by 1973, 303; A 1991, 870; 2001, 1033; 2015, 3475)
