Statute 686c 155

When proceeding pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 2 of NRS 686C.152 with respect to any policy or contract carrying guaranteed minimum interest rates, the Association shall ensure the payment or crediting of a rate of interest consistent with paragraph (c) of subsection 1 of NRS 686C.035.
