Statute 686c 170

The Association is not liable under NRS 686C.152 where a guaranty is provided to residents of this state by the laws of the domiciliary state or jurisdiction of the impaired or insolvent insurer other than this state. (Added to NRS by 1973, 305; A 1991, 873; 2001, 1038)
