Statute 687a 107

1. The Commissioner may conduct a hearing to determine whether an insurer is an insolvent insurer within the meaning of subsection 2 of NRS 687A.035. The Commissioner shall notify the insurer which is the subject of the hearing not less than 3 days before the hearing. The Commissioner may consider any evidence at the hearing which the Commissioner deems relevant to the determination of the solvency of the insurer. 2. The Commissioner shall make a determination in writing within 15 days after the hearing. The Commissioner shall adopt regulations governing hearings pursuant to this section.
