Statute 687b 330

A policy issued for a term longer than 1 year may be cancelled by the insurer by giving notice of the cancellation: 1. For commercial or business policies, 60 days before any anniversary date of the policy. 2. For all other policies, 30 days before any anniversary date of the policy.
