1. This chapter may be known and cited as the Group Life Insurance Law. 2. This chapter applies only to group life insurance and wholesale life insurance. 3. This chapter does not apply to any group life insurance contract entered into or issued prior to January 1, 1972, or to any extensions, renewals or modifications thereof or amendments thereto whenever made.
