It is unlawful knowingly or intentionally: 1. For any person to interfere with the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter or an investigation of a possible violation of those provisions. 2. For a person engaged in the business of viatical settlements to permit any person convicted of a felony involving dishonesty or breach of trust to participate in that business.
