Statute 689 715

1. A funeral director, funeral arranger or cemetery authority that enters into a preneed sales agreement shall, upon the death of the buyer, provide a copy of the agreement to each person entitled to custody of the remains. 2. The Commissioner may impose upon any person who knowingly violates the provisions of subsection 1 an administrative fine of three times the amount of the preneed sales agreement.
