Statute 689b 050

Any group health policy may provide for payment not exceeding three times the amount of the monthly benefit under the policy as an extended disability benefit upon the insured’s death from any cause. The extended disability benefit must not be construed as life insurance. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1768; A 1993, 1982)
