Statute 689c 104

'Voluntary purchasing group' means the employers and their eligible employees and dependents who form a group pursuant to NRS 689C.360 to 689C.600, inclusive, and hold a certificate of registration issued by the Commissioner pursuant to NRS 689C.510.
