Statute 689c 115

1. A health benefit plan offered by a carrier pursuant to this chapter must include coverage of basic medical and hospital care. 2. In addition to the coverage required by subsection 1, a carrier may offer additional coverage for an additional cost upon the approval of the Commissioner. (Added to NRS by 1995, 979)
