Statute 689c 159

The provisions of NRS 689C.156 do not apply to health benefit plans offered by a carrier if the carrier makes the health benefit plan available in the small employer market only through a bona fide association. (Added to NRS by 1997, 2921; A 2013, 3627; 2019, 302)
