Statute 689c 200

A carrier serving small employers is not required to accept applications from or offer coverage to: 1. A small employer if the employer is not physically located in the carrier’s geographic service area; or 2. An employee if the employee does not work or reside within the carrier’s geographic service area. (Added to NRS by 1995, 982; A 1997, 2946; 2013, 3631)
