Statute 689c 203

1. A denial by a carrier of an application for coverage from a small employer must be in writing and must state the reason for the denial. 2. The Commissioner may adopt regulations that set forth standards to provide for the fair marketing and broad availability of health benefit plans to small employers in this state.
