Statute 689c 510

1. The application must be accompanied by a fee in an amount to be established by the Commissioner by regulation to cover the direct costs of examining the qualifications of an applicant. 2. The Commissioner shall respond to each application for a certificate of registration within 30 days after receipt. The Commissioner shall either approve the application or shall inform the organization of specific changes to the application necessary to permit approval. (Added to NRS by 1995, 2680)
