Statute 690a 087

1. The Commissioner may adopt by regulation forms for use in the issuance of consumer credit insurance, including applications, policies, forms for claims and any other forms required for the sale, issuance and administration of consumer credit insurance. An insurer may elect to use those forms in lieu of any other forms. 2. If an officer of the insurer submits, in the manner prescribed by the Commissioner, a written certification to the Commissioner that the forms used by the insurer are identical to those adopted by the Commissioner, the insurer is not required to file those forms with the Commissioner for approval pursuant to NRS 690A.085.
