1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 691E.210, a person shall not act as a producer of limited lines travel insurance unless the person is licensed pursuant to this section. 2. In accordance with the provisions of NRS 683A.201 to 683A.370, inclusive, the Commissioner may issue a license as a producer of limited lines travel insurance to a person who has filed an application with the Commissioner. 3. A license issued pursuant to this section authorizes the holder of the license to sell, solicit or negotiate travel insurance on behalf of a licensed insurer. (Added to NRS by 2023, 3273)
