A travel retailer, or any employee or authorized representative of the travel retailer, who is not a licensed producer of insurance shall not: 1. Evaluate or interpret technical terms, benefits and conditions of any travel insurance coverage offered by the travel retailer; 2. Evaluate, provide advice or render an opinion concerning any existing insurance coverage of a prospective purchaser; or 3. Hold himself or herself out as a licensed insurer, licensed producer of insurance or insurance expert. (Added to NRS by 2023, 3275)
