A travel retailer who is listed on the register maintained by a producer of limited lines travel insurance pursuant to NRS 691E.220 and who limits his or her activities and those of his or her employees or authorized representatives to offering and disseminating travel insurance on behalf of and under the direction of the producer of limited lines travel insurance in accordance with the provisions of this chapter is entitled to receive compensation relating to those activities.
