Statute 692c 077

'ORSA Guidance Manual' means the current version of the NAIC Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) Guidance Manual developed and adopted by the NAIC, as amended. A change in the ORSA Guidance Manual is effective on the first day of January following the calendar year in which the changes were adopted by the NAIC. (Added to NRS by 2015, 3486)
