Statute 693a 010

1. Except as provided in subsection 2, this chapter applies only to domestic stock insurers and domestic mutual insurers. 2. Subsection 3 of NRS 693A.050 also applies to foreign and alien insurers whose principal United States offices are located in this state; and subsection 5 of NRS 693A.250 applies to the issuance of nonassessable policies by foreign mutual insurers.
