A domestic mutual insurer or a mutual insurance holding company may amend its articles of incorporation to become a domestic stock insurer by complying with NRS 693A.400 to 693A.540, inclusive, and obtaining a certificate of authority from the Commissioner. (Added to NRS by 2001, 2232)
