1. If the Commissioner determines that the documents and statements filed by the captive insurer satisfy the requirements for licensure, the Commissioner shall issue a license to the captive insurer. The license may be renewed annually upon the satisfaction of all requirements imposed by the Commissioner and payment of all applicable renewal fees. 2. A captive insurer must pay a fee of $300 for the issuance of a license and, on or before March 1 of each year, an annual fee of $300 and, in addition to any other fee or charge, all applicable fees required pursuant to NRS 680C.110 for the renewal of a license.
