Persons desiring to form a nonprofit hospital, medical or dental service corporation shall incorporate pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, and the provisions of the nonprofit corporation laws of the State of Nevada, including NRS 81.410 to 81.540, inclusive, or chapter 82 of NRS, as applicable, so far as the provisions of such laws are applicable and not inconsistent with this chapter.
