1. A person who is entitled to a converted contract must be given a choice of at least three types of contracts offering benefits on a service basis or an expense-incurred basis, or both. 2. The converted contract may include major medical or catastrophic benefits if they were provided under the group contract. 3. For those subscribers eligible for Medicare, the medical service corporation may provide for a supplement to Medicare as part of the conversion privilege. (Added to NRS by 1979, 1088)
