1. If a policyholder requests information for the renewal of the policy of the policyholder, an insurer shall provide to the policyholder information regarding claims paid on behalf of the policyholder. The information must be provided within 30 working days after the insurer receives a written request from the policyholder. The insurer may charge the policyholder a reasonable fee for the information. 2. The Commissioner may adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of subsection 1. (Added to NRS by 1993, 2400)
