1. To the extent authorized by federal law, the Commissioner shall adopt regulations for the licensing of provider-sponsored organizations in this State. 2. As used in this section, 'provider-sponsored organization' has the meaning ascribed to it in 42 U.S.C. § 1395w-25(d). (Added to NRS by 1999, 2817)
