'Limited health service' means: 1. Chiropractic, naprapathic, dental, hospital, medical, optometric, pharmaceutical, podiatric or surgical care; 2. Treatment relating to mental health or an alcohol or substance use disorder; or 3. Such other care or treatment as may be determined by the Commissioner to be a limited health service.
