'Medicaid' means a program established in any state pursuant to Title XIX of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 1396 et seq.) to provide assistance for part or all of the cost of medical care rendered on behalf of indigent persons. (Added to NRS by 1995, 2437)
