1. 'Prepaid limited health service organization' means any person who, in return for a prepayment, agrees to provide or arrange for the provision of one or more limited health services to enrollees. 2. The term does not include: (a) A person otherwise authorized pursuant to the laws of this state to provide a limited health service on a prepayment basis or any other basis or to indemnify for any limited health service; (b) A person who complies with the requirements of NRS 695F.130; or (c) A provider who provides or arranges for the provision of a limited health service pursuant to a contract with a prepaid limited health service organization or person described in paragraph (a) or (b).
