1. The provision of limited health services by a prepaid limited health service organization or any other person pursuant to this chapter shall not be deemed to be the practice of medicine or any other healing arts. 2. The solicitation by a prepaid limited health service organization to arrange for or provide a limited health service in accordance with this chapter does not violate any statutory provision relating to solicitation or advertising by a practitioner of a healing art.
