Statute 695i 390

1. The Board and the Department of Health and Human Services shall ensure that the Exchange coordinates with Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program and any other applicable state or local public programs to create a single point of entry for users of the Exchange who are eligible for such programs and to promote continuity of coverage and care. 2. As used in this section, 'Children’s Health Insurance Program' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 422.021. (Added to NRS by 2011, 2649)
