The Department of Health and Human Services, the Division of Insurance of the Department of Business and Industry and any other relevant state agency shall work with and provide support to the Exchange as it carries out its duties and powers, including, without limitation, entering into agreements to share information and intergovernmental agreements with the Exchange.
