Statute 695j 130

1. A person taking the examination required pursuant to NRS 695J.110 must apply to the Commissioner to take the examination and pay a nonrefundable fee in an amount prescribed in the regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 695J.270. 2. A person who fails to appear for the examination as scheduled or fails to pass the examination must reapply for examination and pay the required fees in order to be scheduled for another examination.
