Statute 695j 200

An entity other than a natural person that is appointed by the Exchange must require that each natural person who is authorized to act for the entity be an exchange enrollment facilitator. Each exchange enrollment facilitator must be named in the partnership’s or corporation’s appointment. (Added to NRS by 2013, 3594)
