1. No motor club shall issue for delivery or deliver in this state any evidence of membership, or statement of services and benefits, or service contract until the form thereof has been filed with and approved in writing by the Commissioner. The Commissioner shall approve any such form found by the Commissioner to be in compliance with law and free of ambiguous, inequitable and misleading provisions. 2. Every motor club having met the requirements of subsection 1 shall thereafter file with the Commissioner every revision or modification of any document required in subsection 1. Such revision or modification shall be effective when filed and shall be deemed to meet the requirements of this chapter until disapproved by the Commissioner. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1880)
