Statute 696b 510

1. If the Commissioner has issued a summary order before hearing as provided in subsection 2 of NRS 696B.500, any person upon whom such order is served may waive the Commissioner’s hearing and apply for any immediate judicial relief available under law and without first exhausting his or her administrative remedies. 2. NRS 679B.370 (appeal from Commissioner) applies to appeals from the Commissioner’s order made after hearing. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1902)
