The Commissioner may apply for and any district court may grant such restraining orders, temporary and permanent injunctions and other orders as may be deemed necessary to enforce the Commissioner’s order. 2. A violation of any order of the Commissioner issued under NRS 696B.500 by any person as to whom the order is in effect subjects the person to a penalty of not more than $10,000, to be collected in a civil action brought by the Attorney General in the name of the State of Nevada.
