1. 'General agent' means any individual or person appointed by an insurer to supervise or manage the bail bond business written by bail agents of such insurer. 2. A general agent shall not solicit or negotiate undertakings of bail or bail bonds unless licensed as a bail agent by this state. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1906)
