Statute 697 220

1. A license must state the name and address of the licensee, the date of issue, general conditions relative to expiration or termination, and such other information and conditions as the Commissioner may deem proper and consistent with law. 2. The license of a bail solicitor must also state the name and address of the bail agent who is the employer of the bail solicitor. (Added to NRS by 1971, 1911; A 1997, 3387)
