The Director may: 1. Participate in any program established by the Federal Government relating to sources of energy and adopt regulations to carry out such a program. 2. Assist developers of renewable energy systems in preparing and making requests to obtain money for development through the issuance of industrial development revenue bonds pursuant to NRS 349.400 to 349.670, inclusive.
