A person who submits an application to a utility pursuant to this chapter shall not make any false or misleading statement in the application or in any material which is required to be submitted with the application. As used in this section, 'utility' means a public utility that supplies electricity or natural gas in this State. (Added to NRS by 2013, 3332)
