'Institution of higher education' means: 1. A university, college or community college which is privately owned or which is part of the Nevada System of Higher Education; or 2. A postsecondary educational institution, as defined in NRS 394.099, or any other institution of higher education. (Added to NRS by 2007, 2993; A 2011, 2562; 2013, 3346)
