The Director of the Office of Energy shall cause to be formed in this State an independent, nonprofit corporation recognized as exempt from federal income taxation for the public benefit named the 'Nevada Clean Energy Fund,' the general purpose of which is to carry out the provisions of NRS 701B.930 to 701B.995, inclusive.
