Statute 703 120

1. The Commission shall keep its principal office at Carson City, Nevada, in rooms provided by the Buildings and Grounds Section of the State Public Works Division of the Department of Administration and may maintain another office in Las Vegas, Nevada. 2. If an office is so maintained in Las Vegas, any document which is required to be filed with the Commission may be filed at its office in Las Vegas with the same effect as if it were filed at the office in Carson City.
