1. The Commission shall by regulation establish a procedure for an incumbent local exchange carrier to provide notice via the Internet of interconnection agreements entered into with another telecommunication provider. 2. The procedure established by the Commission pursuant to this section for providing notice via the Internet is the exclusive method for providing such notice, and the Commission may not require another method of notice. 3. When an incumbent local exchange carrier provides notice via the Internet pursuant to this section, the notice must include a link to the public area of its website where an electronic copy of the interconnection agreements may be obtained.
