Statute 704 68861

1. Except as otherwise provided in this section, any telecommunication provider operating within this State is a competitive supplier that is subject to the provisions of NRS 704.68861 to 704.68887, inclusive. 2. A small-scale provider of last resort is not a competitive supplier that is subject to the provisions of NRS 704.68861 to 704.68887, inclusive, unless the small-scale provider of last resort is authorized by the Commission pursuant to NRS 704.68869 to be regulated as a competitive supplier.
